Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.

Tracking Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. If tracking is provided, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at strandsupply.business@gmail.com and we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
